Information we collect
We may collect account details (name, email, password), restaurant profile information (name, address, phone, description, logo, cover image), menu content you upload, payment or subscription receipts you submit, and basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve MenuCraft: host public menus for customers, manage restaurant accounts, process subscription and payment verification, send service-related notices, and protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing and storage
Restaurant menus may be publicly available via QR links you share. Service providers we use (for example cloud hosting, databases, and image storage) process data only to run the platform. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, security, and billing purposes.
Your choices
Restaurant admins can update profile and menu data in the dashboard. You may request account corrections or deletion by contacting us. Guests browsing a public menu typically only load the menu content shown for that restaurant.
