These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MenuCraft. By creating an account or using our QR digital menus, you agree to these terms.
The service
MenuCraft provides tools for restaurants to publish digital menus, generate QR codes, and manage categories, items, and branding. Availability, features, and plan limits may change as we improve the product.
Accounts and restaurants
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Restaurant content (names, prices in ETB, images, descriptions) must be accurate and lawful. You must not use MenuCraft for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
Plans and payments
Free and paid plans may impose limits (such as maximum menu items or admins). Payment for upgrades is handled offline through receipt verification when offered; plan changes may also be applied by platform administrators. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed.
Limitation of liability
MenuCraft is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, menu downtime outside our reasonable control, or guest device issues. You remain responsible for prices shown to customers and for complying with local regulations.
